Orders

Please review each product description carefully before placing your order to ensure it aligns with what you are looking for.

All orders must be placed directly through the website. We are unable to accept orders through email, messages, or social media.

If an incorrect item or size is ordered, your order will need to be canceled and placed again correctly. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

We do not offer rush orders. Each piece is created with intention, and we honor the full process.

Processing Time

All Selah Silks pieces are made to order.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created before shipment. Some orders could be created sooner than this established time.

Creation and processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier
  • We do not have control over delays once the package has been shipped

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier or reach out to us for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

International Orders

International shipping times may vary depending on location.

Please note:

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Product Variations

Each piece is hand-dyed and individually created.

Because of this:

  • No two pairs are exactly the same
  • Colors may vary slightly in tone and blend
  • Minor variations or markings may occur as part of the dyeing process

These details are not flaws — they are part of what makes each piece unique.

What’s Included

All flags are sold as 1 pair (2 flags) and come ready to use with rods unless stated otherwise.

Rod sizing is selected based on the dimensions of each flag to support proper movement and flow.

Care Instructions

To preserve the quality of your flags:

Silk Flags

  • Hand wash gently in cold water
  • Do not bleach
  • Air dry only
  • Iron on medium heat if needed
  • Avoid allowing colors to sit together while wet

General Care

  • Store rolled when not in use
  • Avoid pulling or excessive tension
  • Keep away from excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight

**Silk is delicate and should be handled with care.**
